• Nopal Salsa is a blend of tender cooked cactus, green tomatoes, onions and jalapeño.  It’s blended together with mild spices for a flavor unique salsa that’s great with chips, crackers and raw veggies!  Get creative!  This salsa also makes a great sauce for seafood, fish and vegetables!
• Chipotle Fire Roasted Salsa is spicy and rich!  This was my favorite! It’s a mix of smoky chipotle peppers, red-ripe tomatoes, onions & spices.  If you love your food “highly seasoned” like I do this is your salsa.  To tone down the heat, try mixing Casa Martinez Chipotle Fire Roasted Salsa with low fat sour cream.  Serve with an assortment of fresh vegetables and low fat chips and crackers.  Yummy.
